UNOWIX offers free shipping within the continental US. All orders shipped locally from our US warehouse. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and PO Box.

How does my order get processed?

• 1. Orders will be processed within 2 business day.
• 2. In general, the order will be shipped within 3 business day after the payment except for the Weekends and holidays.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery, UNOWIX will be in direct contact with thecarrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
