Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from UNOWIX store can be returned. UNOWIX products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable. For non-quality issue returns, customers also need to bear the shipping cost that UNOWIX shipped the packages to them.

How to Return

Follow these steps for a return of a Product within 30 days of purchase:

• Please contact our Support team [email protected]. Pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. Also, please send us the tracking number.

How to Refund

• Once the Product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
